Issue #103 [New/open] - Driver for PCA9698 available

Find attached a driver for the PCA9698 I2C chip.

To install it,

• copy the attached files to the .../python/devices/digital directory
• go to the root of your webiopi installation directory
• execute "sudo ./setup.sh skip-apt"

For more instructions see the comments in the driver file.

If you want to use this driver in conjunction with the updated DS2408/DS2413 drivers, you have to merge the DRIVERS entries in __init__.py.
