Issue #129 [New/open] - Can't use REST Api after changing username and password

After changing the username and the password of my webiopi server I can't use the REST Api. It tells me: < HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized < Server: WebIOPi/0.7.0/Python3.2 < Date: Wed, 26 Nov 2014 16:34:47 GMT * Authentication problem. Ignoring this. < WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="WebIOPi"

I can still login in the web interface and when I just change the password and keep webiopi as username it works all fine.

Is this a known problem or an I making something wrong?

Hope someone can help me. But still very good work! Webiopi really helped me in realizing my project.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Change the username and the password with sudo webiopi-passwd.
2. Try to do an Rest request ...

WebIOPi version used? => 0.7.0

Python version used? =>3.2

Distro used? (WebIOPi has only been tested on Raspbian Wheezy) =>Raspbien

Raspberry Pi board revision? (1 or 2) =>2

For Javascript side bugs, Browser? =>
