Issue #158 [New/open] - Cannot download off of the SourceForge website

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I put in the usual wget https://sourceforge.net/projects/webiopi/files/WebIOPi-0.7.1.tar.gz
2. It shows me that its awaiting response and then 302 found
3. lastly it will show me awaiting response again but then it says 404 not found
4. I am able to download other programs and such from other sites but it seems that I get redirected when I attempt to download it ...

WebIOPi version used? => Trying to use the latest 0.7.1

Python version used? => Any version

Distro used? (WebIOPi has only been tested on Raspbian Wheezy) => Raspbian

Raspberry Pi board revision? (1 or 2) => Pi 2 (I know it wont work as is but i plan to alter it)
